Pavoni 4
Pavoni a day is an ongoing video project where I film almost every coffee that I make on my beloved Pavoni Espresso Machine. I got the machine in February 2009 and I thoroughly enjoy making coffee with it every time. It never gets old and there is always something to improve upon. I post good and bad looking shots here, but having had the machine for a while now, I can make a good cup fairly consistently.
